    Just wanted to say "Sup?".

Traded my 14' 4R for this Long Bed Taco. It's definitely a tighter package but it works for me. Just placed an order for a Bak Revolver X2. Next will either be a leveling kit and 33" tires with 20's or a lowering kit and something just as radical. Love the stance of the long bed so real height is nothing I'm after. 3" max would be my limit. Lifting seems so common which is why lowering or maintaining the factory height is more desired for me. I like lifted trucks but I never go off road so I'd rather not be a poser. It snows terrible up here in Northern Harford County sometimes so 4WD and capable skins are needed for my 80+ mile commute (round trip) but added sidewall is not a must.

Got the Premium and Tech package with the moon roof, 5" tube steps, mud flaps (really help with salted roads) and the bed mat. The Inferno color really excites me. I thought I'd miss the 4.0 but the 3.5 with the extra gear does enough to keep me happy.

Anyway, enough about me. Been trolling the forum since I bought it, thought it was time to join up.

Oh, no mysteries with me either. My user name is my real name and the year I was spawned.

Thanks HeavyLifter. Glad to be an actual member.

Sweet ride in your user pic. MGM was the color of my 4R and the Tundra before it. We try to do something different (color) each vehicle and the Inferno was so left field we just had to.

Looking forward to learning new tricks from all you vets.

Thank you for the compliment. I would have gone for Inferno if it had been available in 2013. Currently blacking out my MGM.

Nice, I like the Blacked Out Look. Actually, black is my favorite color vehicle but I can't do it because of the way it looks 5 minutes after you wash it. LOL Other than that we try to do something different each time we buy a new vehicle. I really like the MGM and think it is a great color. I liked the sand too but decided on the Inferno because, well, how often do you get a chance to drive an orange vehicle. LOL Plus our home baseball team is the Orioles.

I added the black, raised plastic TACOMA letters in the bed already.

I'm waiting for the Bak Revolver X2 to ship, ordered it 2 days ago. Price is crazy but I park in a garage in the city so I wanted as much protection as I could get.

    ^^^This!!!

Yeah, I've been re-storing my truck as I go, and just did a TON of stuff on the interior and front end:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ok-so-here-we-go.486087/

I've got the plan for the rest of the rig, just need more $$$!

I would have NEVER attempted to do what I did without TW help.
