Nurse doesn't need to be protected. Oilers are in the drivers seat for this draft like the leafs. Both teams will be adding player's for sure. Oilers can add forwards, leafs can add a forward and Dman

The TSN one was pulled down because the demand was causing issues. I'll see of they threw it back up yet.

 

The sim looks like it's working again. Remember to cross reference cap friendly so you don't accidentally draft a bunch of UFAs.

On that note if this Pens series goes 7 we could potentially see UFAs signing with Vegas before game 7 lol.

That's kind of a jinx to the players no? I'd be a little pissed at the mayor.

 

Not really sure what I expected. Nashville in general just annoys me, currently. The play-style, the fans, Country singers, the media loving every stupid thing about that team. I just like hockey, not the Hollywood side-stories. So I guess it is what it is.

Could be. I mean they very well might win the Cup but that just seems like a noob mistake on their part. Hopefully they eat those words.

 

I really like the Nashville fans. The chants are really great! Seeing a community get behind their teem like that is pretty cool. Country music sucks ass these days so I could live without that.

 

Nashville is a great example of what happens when you build an arena in a perfect spot. I've been to Nashville and the whole area is laid out perfectly.

 

I should clarify...I agree, it is awesome to see any city rally around their team. That is fun and every fan base deserves to be excited about their team. Going to the Final is a great thing for all cities involved and I think the chants and the standing for the whole game is really unique for hockey. Plus, I hear the ppl are pretty good-natured for visiting fans, which is also cool. So no problems there.

It is just that all these silly things are all the media wants to talk about. I sort of like the underdog role for the Pens in a way, just because they take after their captain, who is pretty business-like. We just want to play hockey and win. That other stuff is nonsense. But PK and the boys like the stories, the fun and the attention. It plays right in with the whole vibe that the Preds have going. They are currently the media darling, which is fine. But I guess it does get old when you are the fan of the other squad. And I'm just salty because my own local media is mostly morons who are too busy blaming Murray for losing the last 2 games. Lol.

 

@AJH387 , I get where you're coming from. Next year in the western finals vs my Oilers I won't like them as much!

 

I want the Preds to win just because of Subban. He's been the best skater for Nashville in this series IMHO and I didn't like the way Montreal fans threw him under the bus during and after the Weber trade.
