Too much lift? Help with measurements?!

I messed up and didn't measure before putting in new springs to compensate for the winch and bumper installed. Guys at wheelers offroad recommended 700# eibach springs, after install it seems to have gone up quite a bit (was aiming for stock or 1/2" higher). Sitting somewhere right near 24" although need to re measure after test drive. Is anyone running their CVs at angles like that successfully? Also have not changed out the UCAs yet, looking like I need to? Any advice appreciated.
Stock hub to fender measurement from a pro would be helpful as well.

Wheeler's is saying to go with it, get it aligned, don't worry about the UCAa, and possibly drop the diff to make the cv's operate at better angles, toe and camber will be fine, castor may be slightly off.

Seriously, can someone with a stock 3rd gen Tacoma and a measuring tape go outside and measure their truck? Please? There has got to be someone on this forum with a stock 3rd gen and a measuring tape.

 

Ucas will allow you to get better alignment then with out. Aftermarket ucas will help push the tire forward to help clear the firewall.

 

Reason I keep bumping this up is that OP is my buddy and I helped him with the springs.

I believe his suspension is currently sitting about 1" above what I consider to be an acceptable ride height. I think it is sitting 3" above what a normal 3rd gen should be sitting at but WE NEED THE MEASUREMENTS to be sure.

Inner CV boot fins are already touching each other. Getting an in-spec alignment is less of a concern at this point than keeping the CVs from exploding.

Thank you. This basically reaffirms what I am thinking. AS I understand it, (I have a 15') 3rd gens already ride about 1" higher than 2nd gens. The general consensus on 2nd gens says that 3" is the max you should run and therefore the max you should run over stock on a 3rd gen is 2". The available lifts for 3rd gens seem to reaffirm this. Sounds to me like his truck is riding at 3" over a stock 3rd Gen Tacoma and 2" over a stock 3rd Gen Pro.

I think it needs to come down an inch AND have the UCAs replaced for alignment.

 

Don't ASSume you know what you are talking about. If I hadn't searched I wouldn't have a base line in my mind already.

ETA: Instead of being a search nazi, go outside and measure your truck; maybe then you can add something useful to this thread.

No, it's not upside down. They were not removed.

My $.02 for what is going on here is that these springs were not intended to be used on the Pro shocks. Without having stock or OR struts here to compare to the Pro's Fox shocks, this is speculation. I think Wheelers sent out incompatible parts.

 

Was just a thought since I've seen a few people make that mistake. Curious for outcome

FWIW, this is not my truck. Helped @mmc1010 who was going off of the recommendations of wheelers in order to compensate for the increased weight of a winch and SSO slimline.
