I fix things, mostly in I.T.

I'm a roughneck hick from out in the woods. I'm a funny mix of industrial strength dirty and bleeding edge technology. I have 300 pounds of tools in the workbox, and I'm the guy that scales the side of the building or the empty elevator shaft for cable pulls. I'm the former mechanic, millwright, electrician assistant and pipefitter helper that drives heavy equipment and also builds linux servers.

I install phone jacks, drop new circuits, cook an almost gourmet dinner (I'm working on about three-star quality now, give me a couple years yet), and can show you how to program your VCR and bolt a new supercharger on your 1963 Falcon.

I can show you how to play Wii Sports and Punch Out!, how to play "Weclome Home (Sanitarium)" on a guitar, and walk you through most instances in World of Warcraft....when I'm not making custom bookcases out on my patio.

My recycle bin gets regular use cause I LOVE beer, and I have the cordless drill ready with the extra-battery flashlights to go down into the tank and repair a bad closeout valve...you brought the scuba gear, right?

There's really nothing too dirty that I won't try to fix or work on. Science is everywhere, so get me a beer and some dynamite and lets get some learnin on!

I sell and rent concrete forming systems for big concrete. Bridges, dams, retaining walls. I also rep several different lines of materials for concrete and sitework. Most of my work focuses on civil work and larger commercial jobs.

I get to see some pretty neat things. I've been inside hydro electric dams, inside where the navy builds reactors for subs, drained canals, under bridges etc.

Cool Dude ... I mean chick.
I know who Lockheed Martin is. They designed and built the most awesome reconnaissance aircraft ever built. The SR-71 Blackbird.
I test the data storage systems that Lockheed Martin uses.
You probably don't ever see the data storage units because they are probably offsite.
Can you guess who I work for anyway?
Right now I work with cloud computing systems.

A good buddy of mine was with P&W for a little over 32 years, and spent most of it on the experimental team that built those engines. Oh goodness, the stories he told on the night shifts...

Yeah, It's really great what L-M has done with the Flight Service Stations.
    Pun Intended.

Excessive hold times, service outages, a lack of local knowledge and pilotage have driven pilots to utilize alternative sources for preflight information and flight plan handling. Last of which does not communicate well, if at all, with the FAA database.

Too many ducks in the pond?
