Not sure of much of the details. I got a 32oz. growler fill last time I was there.

Just had 2 Sierra Nevada beer camps on tap. East Meets West. Started out nice, then got too earthy for me. West Coast Style DIPA. ugh. Not a fan, it seemed too heavy with a smooth sweetness that was almost buttery, but I don't think it was straight out Diacetyl. Dry at the same time so no associated slick mouthfeel.

Kegged the sweet stout, Racked the NEIPA and Session. Tried the IPA after yanking out the CTZ dry hops, it's turning out nice. It's time to check the DIPA when I get home. Put the GFs American Brown on CO2 to carbonate. Registered 7 entries for a local contest.

I will be brewing behind defalcos Saturday. Probably a Rauchbier. And Friday I plan to finally pick up a commercial 3 door unit for keg storage.

Glad you liked them. I put them on my DND list for Bourbon barrel beers. Thin, lacking depth, just not a good option with plenty of others out there. Or to be completely brutal, if you drank a 4 pack of KBS and took a leak, you would end up with one of their Bourbon Barrel beers.

You will find out what I mean as you try other beers.

My budget set up: $16 hdpe 2.5 gallon jug with nozzle. Regular airlock goes on after initial foam settles down:

Lol, I'm actually not too big on the bourbon beers myself. My neighbor had them and liked them also. He's the one that actually brought them over for me to try. Again, I'm not too big on the bb's however Labatts has one that comes in a small brown bottle similar to red stripe that is fantastic.
