Must not have yielded quite as much front lift as I'd thought, I'm getting some mild rubbing on the mud flap while turning & compressing with just a 265/75r16 & 0-offset rim. Guess I'll be trying out that set of Husky flaps that I was given (@Suprajim54 was that you that gave those to me?)

 

Negative, rock auto maybe? I actually need a driver side one

 

K Source 70118T is the one I've ordered twice and would recommend. Same matte black finish as the OEM and doesn't break the bank

This would be a good spot to hit the trails. Patrol is so short handed dispatch is holding shootings and cuttings for up to 30mins before they are dispatched. No one in patrol is going to care about trucks hitting the trails.

The Toyota Trail Riders monthly meeting is tomorrow at 7 at Pappas BBQ on Northwest hwy in Dallas if you would like to come out. We are the group that puts on Lone Star Toyota Jamboree. People start showing up around 6 and hang out until 9-10.

 

Went to the last one lots of nice rides there and good food

My buddy whos on the board of the TX4WD DFW chapter who some of you have met asked me to extend an invite here.

They are doing their summer wheelin picnic this Saturday at NW OHV, starting around 10am. There will be grilling for lunch, hamburgers and whatnot provided.

Let me know if you are interested so I can give them headcount on food. If you arent familiar with them, they are the ones who put on Mega Run.

I live just down the road from there so I might stop by for a beer and check out the rigs. @Tundra2Play may come out too. I know there used to be a website and list of equipment you needed to join. Is that info still available somewhere? Guess I could find out tomorrow...

I might be interested if others want to go too. I was planning on painting my bumper and installing back up lights but could put that off. I asked @Tundra2Play but sounds like he has to work.
