More shit then I ever planned on doing
Last year when I started one of my projects and went over the schedule with the client and my office I immediately told them " your going to fuck yourselfs 2/3 of the way through the project. Spend the 180k you THINK your gonna save and do it this way ".

Fast forward To today and guess what, yup they're fucked. Client Came to me today and said "I should've listened to you last year".

FNG asking an FNG question... go figure.... But I was looking at seat covers and my buddy with a 2nd gen said "be careful with seat covers because it will restrict the airbags." I got confused and tried to see what he meant. He said the seats have airbags on the side?? Where the "srs airbag" tag is by the shoulder.... I've never heard about that lol. Input?

most big names like Clazzio/Katzkin all are able to break away for the airbag system.

Seat cover probably won't hold back an air bag. Not saying it'll deploy where it's suppose to though. Kinda like trying to hold in a fart while sitting down and it comes out the front.

You want seat covers designated for the model year and airbag setup for your truck. The airbag ready ones will have a pre cut slit for the airbag to pop out thru. I got coverking and I like them. Member @Swank usually has them in stock and for a good price if you don't want to wait.

This is true. Quality seat covers will have openings sewn in to them (see cover craft, etc.) I have the Carhartt seat covers on both the Taco and wife's T4r and they both have the cut outs...

Sadly it was the owner. We made the PO and sent the order, but they never "received" it.

We now have a few fail-safes in place now to confirm and know if/when things were officially ordered and confirmed.

Can you "stress the importance of getting the product in on time" with these guys?

Edit: these guys being the vendor

no, they dont give a hoot. Going to attempt to get product switched to a quick ship style product. Although the project itself is way behind. We were supposed to be installing this week but their floors and interior is still not complete. Hoping it buys enough time to maybe do this product last day if at all possible.
