So I know all you guys are gonna hammer me on this, especially smitty, lol, but I finally realized what the heck the taco lean was?, never noticed it on my 3 other Toyota trucks, but I was measuring the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender at all 4 corners and the passenger side is 1/4" to 3/8" higher. How the heck does a manufacturer do that? I do not remember that on any of my previous 12 trucks?.. okay let me have it guys....lol

My theory on it is it wasn't noticed by the right people during the prototype and testing phase of the Tacoma, then when it hit the market and people pointed it out and the powers that be in Toyota determined it didn't affect safety so they just said fuck it and left it.

    :notsure:

I do know my Chevy was lean free though
