Don't forgot Freight cost in your totals. We can ship from Maryland to California for $225.

Not sure where you're at but a lot of people also weigh their decisions on cost to ship.

I agree....I'm in the Bay Area and why I went with BAMF. I was just correcting the statement that BAMF base cost without shipping is not WAY more expensive than the others. Looks like the statement was based on incorrectly comparing the BAMF DCLB sliders to the Mobtown DBSB

BAMF does not list the shipping on their site when going to order which is a little sad...

Straight from the BAMF slider page...you can alway call or email BAMF for an exact quote:

Shipping charges will be an additional invoice sent at the time of shipping. The Shipping calculator can not calculate shipping on sliders as there is so many options west coast ranges from $125 to $150 shipped to a home address. The mid west and east coast run around $200 to $250 home shipping. FL is just about as much to ship as HI with 80" bolt on sliders running in to and above the $300 range.

So it seems BAMF, Mobtown, and pelfreybuilt are all within 100 bucks shipped (not a huge deal) so it comes down to quality of materials and design features. all pro is cheaper, but I would then need to find a good local power coat company and wait for that... so... the research continues.

I ordered BAMF sliders as well. After looking around for while what I figured is that most of the vendors sell them for similar prices, but what gets you is the shipping cost. Since, I live in the bay area, I can just drive to Jerry's shop and pick them up locally saving shipping cost.

But then look at the taxes. Might wash? But @Mobtown Offroad hands down. The customer service is the best I seen. And hell he gives his number out if u are in real trouble and need help. And answers the email fairly quickly.

I have no complaints with BAMF...Jerry answered emails very quickly and was even able to get 10% tacomaworld discount and biggest of all, if I can support a local guy why not?

I would go with the BAMF, but for the 3-4 month wait time. Also, the tax saving of $75 offsets the shipping some.
