    It is going excellent. Already went from foreman to supervisor. Making the transition now, hopefully by mid summer I will be looking after 2-3 crews and a painting crew. I don't have time to start my own business at this point but this job is going to do well for me. I'm personally booked solid for three years, more work is coming in daily, I'm getting a ton of experience barging material on the bay, doing high end stuff and enjoying my job again. Just laid $5,000 of decking today for a "small" deck. That's just the material on top, not the work to frame the deck or get the materials there. Craziness!

    How you doing? The new grand kiddo doing good?

    I'm not too worried, I'm learning a lot about the business side of stuff working for my new boss. It's all going to help me with my own gig. It's liveable now lol. Waiting for a survey to get my permit to do my addition. Hoping to start it mid august at this point.
