Yeah, definitely. Baby steps. This will be the largest single batch of orders we've done, so we're definitely learning some things and finding out where opportunities are. It is a great learning experience.

haha yup. I didn't think she'd ever stop laughing the first I asked if it was "Our" time of the month. as the words were leaving my mouth my brain was telling me I done fucked up. luckily she took it in stride and its now just how we refer to it lol.

Just got an email from USPS about tracking info... .

 

I may or may not know anything about that.

 

I didn't want to let the cat out of the bag too early (good thing given the USPS issues I ran in to), but when I said we were entering the lab this weekend, we ended up cranking out 43 pounds of rub! It was beautiful.

I hoped to have all 43 pound shipped by yesterday but, again, the hiccups. Too long to explain and they'll sound like excuses, but the good news is, 12 shipments totaling 23 pounds have been scanned in by the post office! That is 23 pounds out ahead of the originally promised June 12th ship date. That's exciting. Fear not, those not in the first 12, the next 20 pounds should go out tomorrow or Friday, hopefully, which will be WAY ahead of the June 19th expected ship date. Those just outside of the first 43 pounds, we're working on another batch. We'll stay ahead of the promised ship dates.

Please accept the bulk packaging. It ain't pretty (looks just like the OP), but it tastes great, that I can promise. I left out the ingredients cards because getting more would have delayed the shipping. I could either include the card and hit the ship date on the nose or ship early and use post # 3 as the ingredients list. Hopefully you all think I made the right decision .

At any rate, the following members should have received tracking info via the e-mail that was used for the PayPal payment. If you want me to send your tracking number separately, let me know!

One other note. We had a hidden page on our website with the rib recipe. Apparently the page is now hidden from even us and I can't find the copy in our shared drive. I was going to print that and stuff it in the package, but that won't be happening. Instead, I will get the page restored (or rewritten), then share the link with all of the group buyers. I hope you all find that acceptable.

Yeah he's gonna get us hooked for this price then when we need our rub fix again the price will triple.

 

Ha ha...It's the real deal. I'd rewrite it in a flash, but I haven't gone by the numbers in so long, that I'm a little foggy. I'd write it just based on feel/sight, but that's hard to translate.
