R.O.C.K. (Ride On Center for Kids)

This month's show is all about HORSE POWER!!! Our beneficiary for this months show is ROCK (Ride On Center for Kids) which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing equine-assisted activities and therapies for children, adults, and veterans in Central Texas. Founded in 1998, ROCK serves over 250 participants and their families annually. ROCK is situated on 40+ acres with 29 horses, less than four miles from the heart of Georgetown and 30 miles from downtown Austin.

**As always, it is not expected for anyone to bring anything; i.e. food, drinks, stickers, patches, etc. Anything brought is greatly appreciated, but you are still allowed to partake even if you can't bring anything **

For those who haven't attended before, generally we all pitch in and bring various items for cooking bacon, tacos, bacon, coffee and... uh... bacon. It is a community effort and as stated above, you are not expected to bring anything. You are more than welcome to still enjoy a Taco, beverage and enjoy the company of others.

If you would like to bring something, the general list (not definitive, just spit balling) is:

I hope so... her business is in the Oasis so i'll poke around the house then poke around her business that morning. I'll probably bring some drinks as well so I can mooch food Orange Juice, Tea and Lemonade probably. I'd make some John Dalys if I wasn't 20 ahahah

By previous posts that doesnt seem to be much of a challenge! ?

 

. Depends on the day. Even "sleeping in", @ChadsPride and the early riser crew still gets there at least 1-2 hours before any other C&C cars start rolling in. Now, if only @ChadsPride could remember to bring the cones he always talks abut. Hmmmmmmmm.

 

Put me on the shit list lol. Cannot make this one but looks like a great cause!

Agreed for the cause, have already told the wife I want to make the next one. No work scheduled for that weekend etc. Like you will need to wake up early to make it there early.

 

I don't sleep much so no worries on the time lol

 

Every C&C there is a different Cause/Charity supported. I just include the info for others to see and know that C&C is a worthy cause. And gives you an excuse to have if needed. "It's for Charity" ... and Tacos...

 

Don't worry... Technically there are more to be on that list (I just haven't updated...) Should change to "eat a taco in their honor".... .... actually... I'm on it...
