It seems relatively simple. Same thing happened to a guy on here (except his winch did it) and he did it himself in his garage and went and got the lines vacuumed and recharged the freon etc. i have a machine at my work i can use, so i just have to inspect the line now to determine whether i need a 20 cent gasket/o ring....or a 60 dollar AC line. Either way it will be cheap for me to fix. Just the fact that i gotta remove this bumper and grind it down so it wont happen again really blows.

I would say the ebay bumper is like 95% accurate to all pros dimension wise. The bottom part required the holes to be dremelled bigger for the sway bar mounting bolts. I love my bumper and am happy with the purchase overall. Free freight shipping too so thats a plus.

Would reccomend as long as you have some skills in slightly modifying this thingg to fit in some spots but hey thats what a 600 dollar bumper??? cant beat it

ALSO bedline this thing with some real roll on/paint on bedliner before you put it on. None of that bullshit bedliner in a can, you wont regret it. The shitty coating they put on chipped less than two weeks after i bought it.

Good tips. I've got no shame in buying one of these and may end up doing that, and no problem modifying stuff to fit.

You are good to go then. I got mine all cut up, fog lights mounted in, bottom "skidplate" bent and dremelled out to fit everything properly. Threw some washers on the crash bar studs to make it level and spaced from under the headlights (dont forget about frame flex)and thats pretty much it.

What does that make me if I've been serving our country for 6 years and still want to buy one? Hmm?

EDIT: Just turned my phone sideways and saw you're a Marine. It all makes a lot of sense now ;) carry on.
