Nice! I drove mine in tonight despite possibly some rain late.
What color did he get? Manual or auto?

White and automatic since he's driven a standard mustang for a long time. Sounded like there's some kind of paddle shifter or something with the way he drove off though. I couldn't believe how good the exhaust sounded from factory.

    Sweet.
YEa, it has paddle shifters and also you can manually shift on the stick. Launch control is sweet but its locked out till after 500 miles.
    HEs gonna love it.

Ha yeah I forgot he told me the launch is locked out. Man I don't think I'd allow myself to ever have a car like that. Too much trouble to get into. The gray Scat Pack looks sick and reasonably priced for that HP

I still lean towards Chevy if I were to choose, but hands down Dodge wins the Retro-Look cars with the Challenger. But they loose points for the Charger... If they would have just named that car something new instead of wasting the Charger name on it, I'd like it more.

Agreed. 4 door charger is some bs.
Should have called it the Diplomat again.
Edit: Coronet would have been better. They had 4 doors and a more sellable name.

@Matic , you decide on tundra vs OEM brakes yet? I'm still up in the air. Mostly because I need new rotors as well as pads I figured I'd do the swap, but still torn on the swap. Not from a work or price point, but an "is it worth it" point. I won't really be towing on the regular, and I'm not armored up yet. Just 33's.

Yea. Still havnt fit the calipers on the truck but I am going with oem tundra rotors and pads.
I still have to figure out if I need the wheelers "Tacoma to tundra" brake lines or if mine will work.
I'm not opposed to using the hard lines on the calipers and then still use my extended stainless brake lines. Just havnt had any energy to go test fit them.

It's not a price issue for me and I don't tow or even wheel the truck much. Just figured they had to provide way better stopping power with that much brake pad and those heavy duty calipers. The rotors are thicker as well.

I guess the Wheelers lines alleviate the need to drill out the tips of the banjo bolts as they have the proper fittings. I keep going back and forth if I'm just gonna do pads and turn the rotors (if possible) this time and upgrade later when I have more of a need. I do need to do something now as my pads are gone...

The newest iteration of Mustangs are growing on me... the 5.0 and the look is not too shabby.

I've read some people not even having to drill the banjo out. It was a direct fit.

Guess I should have said potentially. Depends on the source/maker of the 13WL calipers it seems. Might as well try it first and then order wheelers or drill as necessary. I've read so much on this the past few days my head is spinning :goingcrazy: Now I'm on drum re-building, 220k figure I'll knock those out too.
