1188 delivered. Will install this afternoon.

 

Anyone get a "check charging system" warning after installing the unit?

 

@dcz108 this question seems to be asked repeatedly. Any chance you could provide a xy graph contrasting the rpm/mph shift points for D, ECT, and SS?

 

I never paid attention to it...so wasn't sure if normal. Thanks for the confirmation.

 

Interested in knowing how well it works while towing...

Bummer. Cluster Mail box for neighborhood ? Pretty typical if it was our USPS person. Not a week goes by that our mail is mis-delivered. Not the service it use to be. Fortunately they use video photo so they will find it - probably in another neighbor's box. Flat rate delivery package that is about 1" thick, 5" wide and 6" long.

 

We must have the same mail person. Mine said delivered but not there. Of cours all the junk mail was delivered

 

What happens when you push the ect button is it increases your throttle response thats about it. Forgot who i was quoting. Still good to push it while towing

 

I've experienced this with my customers many times. In most cases it shows up the next day. I hope that is true for you.

 

Definitely not true. It holds gears longer and adds throttle response.

 

Agreed. It's absolutely doing more than just changing throttle mapping.

 

Anyone in SoCal has one? I would like to check it out in person. Sounds awesome, just saving up for a suspension right now before I pulled the trigger.

I am going to the Overlandbound Meet this Sunday at REI Tustin at 11am. Hope there are some fellow Tacoma owner there with this mod.

I just got a notification from my building saying a package was delivered. I hope it's the shift sense!

 

Mine said delivered yesterday. Mail just came today no such luck. Still not here. Now what?

 

Go to your PO with the tracking number and tell them it was not delivered. It's probably still on the truck.

 

Got mine! I'm not sure I'll have time to install it tonight. Got a lot going on, but I might be able to skip making dinner and toss it in and test it by going to Chipotle.
