I live in the Alexandria, VA area but my buddy is an inspector. The ruling for VA atleast is this...you either have the full swaybar set up or NONE at all. So if you have a sway bar but say some pieces on it are worn out or it is damaged, you can fail until you fix it. If you remove it completely, then that is fine too. Its one of those...you either have the system or you don't. They do similar with fog lights on a vehicle. If you have wires and stuff that are intended for fogs, but just remove them before inspection, then you can get hit. If you close things off and permanently remove the fogs completely and clean up the wiring, then that is fine too.

you can have the wires with nothing connected. That is fine. But if the fogs are there and connected, then they have to work

Last quote for me roof was around 12k, I know i can beat that somewhere. My little townhouse should not cost over 10k in roof replacement.

You should be in the $7,500-$9,500 range for roofing replacement depending on size/type of shingle and pitch ranging from $1.60-$2.75 sq ft for a typical 1,700-2,100 square foot asphalt roof

Even better, just want to slap a 15 to 20 year roof on this thing. Get it polished up for sale in a year or 2.

That includes labor and if roofers show up with no ladder there're not roofers!
