This story isn't new. Flames ownership just isn't as loud about it as Katz was with the Oilers. Ken King isn't really threatening, he's just stating that if Calgary won't play ball on some sort of deal then Flames won't make a fuss of it, they'll just move. He's already made this statement twice. Burke is just saying what ownership has said for months.

Given the current priorities of the parties involved I think it's realistic that the Flames may relocate. The mayor doesn't want to pay a dime for a new building and neither does the provincial government.

I am in the same boat as you. The guy was dealt a blow and has responded gracefully. He comes to play on every level from what I can see.

 

Subban is cool. I'll be happy for him if they win. I'll still be ok with him not winning, so Sid and Geno can add to their legacy. Also, would be awesome for Murray to have 2 as a rookie lol.

MAF would be fine if he played too, but Murray is the right call. Like I said, I actually thought he played good in gm4. gm3 was debatable but gm4 he made some huge saves. If the Pens fix their D-zone exit / transition then it won't matter. Get that PP scoring like normal or at least convert on the numerous chances that they had last game and they will be fine.
