Thinking of a different grill

I'm starting to think that I'm tired of my stock grill and want to do something else. I've thought about billet and satoshi grills, but I really like to do things unique, so I've thought about replicating this retro grill:



So what do you guys think?

Well it's definitely unique, but I don't know that I like it. Any pics from different angles?

Satoshi is still my favorite, with grillcraft style being a somewhat distant second. Billet never really looks good in my opinion.

 

If I do it I will definitely post a how to thread. I'm starting to lean toward the retro one.....hhhmmmm I may be going to the hardware store haha

 

That Grille looks pretty cool instead of doing a toyota badge you should do a Red Tacoma Badge.

 

Hmmmm that's a neat idea. I think I want to keep the grill emblem red to keep with my red, black, white theme.

not liking the strong contrast between the black grille surround and your white truck. Maybe color match the surround and then leave the inside grey? I think that'd look amazing

 

No, I would have to figure a way to make it.

Yeah, I did have it white for a while, then switched to black because I have to touch up the paint a lot. I don't have to tape off with the black. I get PUMMELED with rocks, so I need to touch up pretty often
