In my old house my wife wanted to paint the cabinet doors. $10k I had redone the entire kitchen. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BhFRA4bWy14

    Haha!
In the new house the kitchen sink sprayer broke, so I got on that was close in looks but was brushed nickel not chrome. $1200 later we have a brushed nickel faucet, hinges, light fixtures.

    Stupid heavy.

Keeps that CoG down though, and can take a HIT. All of the aluminum skids on the GX weigh less than the front on the 4Runner.

Speaking of aluminum skids, I just got done doing some math. For the price I could buy both bumpers and all the skids, I can build them and buy the ac/dc tig machine to be set up for welding aluminum.

Isn't that why you have the truck and an excuse for a new camp kitchen? ;)

Got the camp kitchen. And a big canopy, because I tore the fing kitchen out in February!
I may be pretty, but not too smart.
Just the way Kris likes 'em. Big and dumb!

Hey guys, figured I'd post some pics of some trout action that is starting to pick up in Washington , trying to see if any other fisherman are out there on this forum. Cedar river was insane today and the larger fish was a caught the other day by a fellow fly fisher who was kind enough to share this picture. I may start a Washington fly fishing thread (if there is not one already) so we can keep each other informed on conditions/etc.

We started wanting to replace a shower head and fiberglass pan. 8k and 3 months later we gutted the whole thing and are almost finished

My bathroom remodel started when I replaced a wax gasket on the toilet and discovered it'd been slowly leaking for a long time and the floor was rotted out under the toilet. Next thing I know I have the whole damn thing gutted to the studs. That bathroom is pretty much the only part of the house not getting torn out for the current remodel.

We realized the original shower install was surrounded with regular drywall which was molding and the joists were off by up to 1.5" causing the floor to bow in the middle so we just said fuck it and gutted the whole thing. Did everything to code and fee a lot better about it.

Who needs suspension flex when you can just have the whole frame twist?

(I'm just jealous a 100 year old car has more flex than my truck)

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
This was in Wichita, Kansas. I was there when this happened... my truck is SOMEWHERE in the parking lot.

Those thing didn't even need 4wd, with those bicycle tires and the wishbone front end.
