Drove to the rally in PA last week. Figure got over 200 miles of dirt roads on the Cement Truck.

Anyone else have streaking from the screws on their pro badges?

Got within inches of gravel today...
May need to upgrade tires before I go further.

Yes, but those are faux screws. Whole badge is taped on.

Lol it's probably on the tailgate emblems too. Just dirt and dust that got wet and left deposited on the paint as it dried. A wash would make it disappear.

I was considering the same, and ultimately personal preference on looks. I think I'm leaving the door badges but will remove the 4x4 and TRD Pro in the back.

Anyone driving down Davis Blvd in North Richland hills right now near the QT? Just saw a cement pro pass by!

Post a pic when you are done please. I was thinking I'd take the door and 4x4 off and leave the TRD Pro on the tailgate.

New member here, after five months of waiting for delivery and obsessively combing through TW like an obsessed teenager....

Here are a few shots of the door badges off - sorry for the low light, it's a standard dark rainy day in portland right now. I actually like the black tailgate emblems, for me the door badges were just too much though.

Congrats! Thanks for taking those pics. That is all I need to see to remove mine. I will be taking mine off as well. Nice and clean. Good work. Thankfully there are no positioning holes in there.

I will, still thinking though but almost there. I do have the black Tacoma inserts so thinking it will look very clean.

Thanks! And yeah I'm with you on the clean, I love the sides clean without anything. I was worried about the holes to be honest though... figured I could "possibly" fix it if there were. Nothing like heating and yanking at a brand new truck to stress me out haha. Shoot some photos when you get yours done!

I'm going to do one side at a time and let it sit in the sun to warm it through on the next hot day when I have it off work. Then cool it and remove residue and tape then claybar, polish and wax it in the shade while the other side heats up. So I need to wait for the right day.

Anything different about it? It's by far the thickest and larges badge I've removed. I'm slightly intimidated!

That's a great idea on the heat. And you're right it's totally intimidating! But really there is nothing that special to it, they're just BIG, like you're ripping part of the truck off big. One bent on its way off big!

Broadway Toyota in Portland. I paid straight MSRP at $44k, my guy Joshua there was straight up from the beginning, and great to work with.
