Yes, It is pre-molded, but not pre cut to size. There are also no holes for bolts, shifters, and so on.

Threw P0120 on the way home this morning. Time to clean the throttle body and hope it's not the $60 part

After seeing your truck, I think I'm set on painting mine that color now. Fortunately, I work with a paint and body guy and won't have much expense other than materials. Think we'll take the bed off and do it first, so I'll have a chance to check my frame and clean it up. Thinking about installing a 1" body lift also during the process.

Makes perfect sense. So the bottom is just screwed/bolted to the fender under the hood? I have a ton of scrap laying around. What would be the benefit of alum vs steel for a mount?

Actually everything that's been going wrong with it has been fixed. New tire was fixed, cleaned my window switch, some how the oil deal stopped leaking for whatever reason. So just this check engine light is what's wrong now. But I cleaned the throttle body but decided to take a break halfway thru and "air out my tent"

Hacked mine off where everyone else did and have had no problems. Only gave a token effort to have a downward pointing tip, and never came back and deburred the cut. I was working on my leaf swap, so I was fresh out of fucks to give with the exhaust.

 

N here as well. I have some tubing that will fit over the nipple and run down to my catch pan.

Finally get to use it in another 800 miles or so!

 

But a symmetrical tip adds so much to the shape of the exhaust note.

It's just as much of a pain in the ass. Leave it in the sun, and work in the sun for best results. Mine aren't pretty by any means but they get the job done.

Do fenders from 95.5-2000 fit the 2001-2004 front end?

My '04 has the entire front end of a '98.
