    Too many…
    This coax cable comes with the hardware to build your own tip, that connects to the CB radio. So if the cable to long you just cut some off then strip the wires and put the hardware.

    But I still don't understand how it wouldnt interfere with the latch itself since it pushes out further with the bracket.

    The bracket move the lach away frome the bed. But there enough play that it still works.
