    [​IMG]also not to be a ball breaker but this is a pipe union..the fitting incorrectly named is a threaded/hose bib...these are used in long runs of pipe systems to insert a device which may need to be removed for repair/replacement...like a steam trap or filter housing.....

    OK, you didn't submerge the motor. I was wondering how you could swamp that breather location without a snorkel.

    And I installed a snorkel after that. While installing the snorkel, I had to clean out the hose that leads to the airfilter because there was dried up mud inside. Luckily the air filter was clean and the mud didn't reach it at all.

    2017 installed... Utilized existing hole behind tail light with zip ties (breather sits much higher than at the gas tank or cubby boxes. Pretty much at the top of the bed rails)...

    NOTE: Just realized this is in the 2nd gen forum. Oops! I'll still leave this here in case someone stumbles upon it.
