    Every time I grab my edc to go out, I have to drop the mag, eject the chambered rnd, insert the mag, chamber a round, drop the mag and rotate the old rnd back into the magazine.

    Yes.

    Its a displacement of how the tibia seats into the ankle- which would impact the knees, etc. Your hip may alao try to compensate. Some people also become bowlegged- in time.

    Life happens- but a good place to start is corrective insoles. REI has some good ones. :thumbsup:
