OK, i'm pretty sure I'm in now. I can just met you guys when you turn off highway 20 into potter vally.
So i'll have a winch and tow straps and winch block so i think we'll be covered for recovery gear.
We are getting dumped on right now, so there should still be alot of snow up there next weekend.
Also just a reminder theres no services out there, so bring lunch and drinks.

Travis what time do you think you'll be in Ukiah?
You could text me on the way up so I know when to leave, say around hopland (where 101 turns into 2 lanes) that should put us at the turn off around the same time.

Hey elliott to give an idea, sac airport is 2 hrs from me, and then where we are metting is another 30 mins. So thats striaght up 5, then west on 20, and actually its quicker to go on the south side of clear lake, so take 53 and then 29. google only tells you shortest miles, not the better roads.

So if you do come let me know we can met and do the last 30 mins together.

    Bruce,

I was checking out pictures in your gallery of hull mountain.... looks dope! i love that overlook point. Are most trails just fire roads to get to the top or will i need 4wd to make it?

Yes most are fire/logging roads, the main ones have a good gravel base, the less used ones are just dirt.
The thing that will probably get us is snow drifts at the higher elevations.
I would say there will be places you will need 4x4, but we can always pull you through
