Got a 2016 4x2 DCSB looking to replace the leaf pack with either a Deaver u402 (the 500-700lb option from Headstrong) or the new heavy duty OME/Dakar EL096R. Going 6112 and 5160 for shocks. Truck currently has sumosprings which I understand will prop the rear up of an empty bed let alone one with load. Rear hub to fender height is about an inch higher than all stock front.

While the OME is too new to have many posts on it I don't think I have found anybody saying they don't like their u402 pack. My question is does anybody have any idea approx what the u402 will settle to with approx 600lbs in the bed at ALL times? I've seen either pack say lift is 3" but conflict depending on 2nd or 3rd gen. Obviously loaded vs. unloaded is going to vary, this truck will always be under load.

Was going to purchase the 6112 pre assembled and was wondering what to order it set to. I've seen that you can install them without a compressor, just trying to minimize some steps and that way I can swap the entire front struts back on if need arises.

Not looking to lift for the sake of lift and don't need to have it dead level front to back. Just want the improved ride and weight carrying ability of the heavier leafs. Going to stick with the stock Michelins because of the excessive highway miles.
