Dr. Jeckyll/Mr. Hyde pre workout (I need my heavy stimulants in the morning)
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey (2 scoops post workout)
Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy through the day

Two scoops is way more than is needed to fully stimulate MPS. May look at spacing those out.so you can fully stimulate MPS two times instead of just once?


This would keep caloric intake level as well.

 

I typically eat a bowl of raisin brand for breakfast and try and get as much protein in as i can throughout the day, i also carboload pretty heavy most of the day









So i'll have plenty of energy on hand if i have to do anything physical

 

Creatine hydrates your muscles by drawing water out of other parts of your body. If you do the standard 5g dose of creatine you should be drinking at least a gallon per day. More so when/if you load 10-15g at the beginning of a cycle.

Oops I realize you were talking about the whey. With the amount of protein I take in on a daily basis, to scoops post is a must.

 

Speaking of the post protein. No mps from preworkout alone.

That is true. I have made drastic changes to my body over the years and have become pretty good at shifting macros around.

 

For that price you could just buy a diesel truck. You could even build it
