I wasn't notified either. No spots, nothing. I think there's something wrong with the diffs on many of the trucks in my manufacturing group and they are figuring out the fix.

I went in for a Toyotacare oil change, and my life has been turned upside down!

I was planning on it but was thawarted when I found out I had the kids to myself this weekend. Making a 2 hour drive and getting there early enough with a 5yo and 2yo is next to impossible. I'd like to do HF around noon but I might end up dedicating the day to some garage organization

Hey guys, so I messed up real good, I'm working at this youth camp outside of kerrville, and long story short I left my truck on and running for roughly 19 hours, one of the stupidest moments of my life, and just assumed my keys were in my cabin. The battery is obviously dead, oil light is on, and the truck won't start. We tried jumping it so I'm debating getting new oil. We don't have service and civilization is about 45 minutes away so I'm kinda sol in terms of research on what to do except on saturdays which are my off days.new oil? New battery? Serious problem? Losing service very soon so need help ASAP. Thanks y'all

Needs to be put on a trickle charger to slowly recharge - there isn't enough there to jump. You might be able to get enough draw by just leaving it connected to the other vehicle for 15 minutes, but understand it's really hard to jump from a total drain. After it is recharged, you still might need a new battery. Autozone has the tools to tell.

I'd pop out to help you but I'm sitting in a hospital in Austin with a family member. Hope you can get help soon!

Leaving it running probably threw your pumps off a bit. Check it and if it looks level, I'd get her started, long recharge like Capt suggested, then report back once you take it around the block

Not sure. Have you checked your oil level? I wouldn't think you'd have burned any, but I can't assume that.

Thanks @Texoma for an awesome, educational, and fun day of watching you wrench. I know you did most of the heavy lifting, but installing those splash guards was all I could muster!! The truck rides so freaking great!!! It absorbs so much of the roads variances. I can't wait to wheel this bitch now!

First time I've not gone with a wide tire. Liking it so far. Still doesn't look too skinny on this truck though.

I'll dig through the past few pages and update the C&C post here in a few so we can get a final idea.

Any update? I'm in Boerne so I'm not terribly far. I have a battery starter (that I've never used and have no idea what kind of condition it's in or how it's used) and some shitty jumper cables. I assume you ran out of gas... Wouldn't that stall the engine and all the parts, oil pump included? I'll check back in periodically
