I was going to do this a little later but poor judgment on my part backing into a Beach rental garage with an oddly placed shelf "object are closer than they appear" I got them sooner. If anybody needs a passenger side taillight assembly for a reasonable price give me a PM.

@Pelfreybilt bolt-on sliders. Turned out really nice. Still need to torque them down to spec.

Not really a mod, but she sure is pretty!

 

Put them on today but they rub bad. Trimmed the fenders. Will have to get the heat gun out later and chop the cab mounts this week.

 

I painted the Toyota logo on my grill gloss black. I'm into it. Subtle contrast.

 

Finally got around to installing my dbcustomz grille. Will attempt my car seat covers tomorrow if I can.. Got my clazzios. Not sure when I'll get to be able to do my in-channel ventvisors.. I've heard you're supposed to leave your windows closed for awhile first before installing? I dunno.. And mine have been open recently.

 

I order these and they came in a couple days ago. I had a couple questions.

Did you just use the factory hardware/holes?

And if so are those two(three?) screws securing it well?

 

Just got some 285/75/16s bf goodrich ko2 on my truck. Slightly under geared. Any recommendations who makes good rear diff gears

 

On the vent visors I left mine closed for 24 hrs and they turned out great!
Cleaned the channel really well, stuck them up in there and slowly rolled the window all the way up. Did mine in the mid afternoon. And just used the a.c. for the next day. Really simple install! Took maybe 10 mins and that included bsing with my buddy and drink a cold one.

 

New tires. Cooper Discoverer S/T 255/85/16

Make more noise than the stock tires, a bit of whine at speed. Covers up the diff whine.

No offroad yet. Did notice a slight decrease in responsiveness in 2nd gear, but not an issue for me. Still has good acceleration.
