    Thats what I thought. I was extrememly embarassed, but when everyone got done it was a pretty normal amount. The WOD was freaking killer. It tore me up so bad.

    the normal Fight Gone Bad but instead of 3rds it's 5rds. I gotta hit it hard man, took a week off last week due to a pinched nerve in my shoulder from sleeping wierd on the couch (dunno how the fuck that happened) and missed a couple days this week. Just pisses me off sometimes that I can't get in there like I used to. I used to do CF 6days a weeks with a CFE mixed in for 3-4 days :pout: Such as the life of a family man now I guess which I really can't complain about since I can still go. And actually it's rude of me to even say that. I'm happy and thankful for what I've been blessed with and especially the simple things like even being able to rest an injury and get right back into it. Some people can't do that and I know I take it for granted sometimes

    I have never done FGB so I never know what it is when people say FGB haha. Man that sucks, Its always hard to come back full swing after only going a couple days a week. When you have a really hard week it makes it hard to make it 5 days

    I do believe I'm going to try the Zone diet. The zone isn't as strick and I've seen plenty of crossfit athletes that still look good with it.

    hah, at the federal leo academy, none of the ncis people roll hard at all, lol. In fact, theres probably only a handful of academy classes (agencies) that have a somewhat difficult PT schedule/requirements.
