New to the forum

Hi,
This is new to me, but looking to find mods or SolidWorks my own. The first at hand is a new grille setup. I have a couple of designs already set but am looking for anyone who has a cad file already to verify overall dimensions on my designs. I made a paper pattern however; it has some possible errors due to the center Toyota emblem pushing out. If anyone has one they would be willing to share with me, it would be greatly appreciated. Also saw a mod to cover the front marker lights with window tint that I want to try as well. I have a Red TRD 4X4 with the heavy duty steps for both front and rear passengers. I have had my truck almost a year now and love it.

I would also like to find out if there is a mod for additional power for towing. Yes I know it is a Tacoma vs a Tundra but didn't have my landscaping business at the time. I have added a trailer braking system (EASY INSTALL!) to my truck and works as advertised and no new holes in the truck!!!!

I'm looking forward to ideas that make sense and make my truck look better than it does (is that possible???).

 

Welcome to TW! Are you using a HAAS to CNC machine your own stuff? or 3D printing? or..?

 

Looks like you've spent some time making your truck what you want! Mine being a gen 3 has had its advantages, as most ofyour mods are included in my truck already. Some of yours though are up for consideration!

 

Thats what happens when you buy a base model lol. Do yourself a favor and get a bed mat. youll thank me later. $80 on Ebay. best $80 ive spent on the truck I think.
