So, I've been into grilling a lot more with my goal at 0 carbs per day. I'm getting sick of the typical salt/pepper/garlic mix. Looking for seasoning ideas from you guys. Anything you use outside of the norm? I figure with 23,000 members strong from all over the world there should be some good ideas out there.

call me old fashion but just a little bit of salt is all that is needed, assuming it is a quality slab of meat...

also would like to add, unlike many, i swear by the flip it one time rule, slap the meat down and wait until the blood starts to puddle on top and then give it the one time flip

maybe try making a little chimichurri on the side and add it as pleased

    My reccommendation:

Awesome seasonings, and lots of different seasonings for different uses.

Zero carbs? Good luck with that. You can always find a good rub recipe and just omit sugar. You won't get any caramelization, but savory flavor will still be there.

Actually we have 157,000 members. Of those, about 40,000 active members. We prune inactive accounts every two years.

Also I totally agree with @RelentlessFab above. Flavor God makes good stuff.
Also Dillo Dust from LaRue Tactical is a nice change of pace.

I really wanna try this method out after seeing a lot of talk about it here on the forum... the inside of that meat looks really nice!

though part of me does feel like it is sacrilegious lol

I am a big advocate of a proper all nature lump charcoal fire grill, but coming from argentina I am biased...

LOL it's worth it. They go a long way, lots of flavor packed it, you'll be happy with them I'm sure.
I splurged around the Holidays and jumped on a massive combo pack on sale of just about every one of their seasonings for like $100. I think there's probably at least 15-20 different seasonings, so far the favorites are Ranch, Cheese, Sweet and Tangy, Garlic lovers, Everything, Ketchup, Honey BBQ, and Jamaican Jerk.
