Sounds sort of like when they say it may snow down here. Total Panic:eek:! Everybody runs to buy bread and milk..I never understood why..I guess you pour the milk and bread in a bucket and swash it around.

Damn.... that's scary. Well, I hope Fay turns out to be over-rated and nobody gets hurt or experience any damages.

Should've stopped over to the liquor store or beer distributor. I wonder how much stuff they had left over on the shelves? heeehehhee....

Here in PA - things get mildly crazy when snow is predicted but nothing major. Don't ever plan on buying milk, eggs, bread, snow shovel or ice pick. Hell, when it snows badly - that's the best time to get out!!! Nobody's on the road and you can have fun driving like a fool and not care!

In 2004 we had those four big storms move across Florida. I volunteered for State Active Duty for Hurricane relief. I was sent down to Ocala and had a blast! Helping people out and having a good time doing it. Then they sent us to Eglin AFB by Fort Walton Beach after Ivan went through. Again had a blast, but we all were starting to get wore down. After another week they sent me to Pensacola. That just sucked ass.
My Boss just came back from a meeting. They are looking for volunteers for this TS Fay. Not a single person in my shop volunteered! They'll have to drag me, yelling and screeming!

    I kid you not.

The guy behind me in line at walmart had three or four cases of bear, some DVDs, an propane grill, and some frozen chicken wings. I guess he was ready to party.

People do that kinda shit here in the winter if there is a threat of snow. I think its pretty damn funny.

that sounds like Greenville SC when they are predicting 2 inches of snow. hell, even if they just predict light flurries all the stores get hit with panicking idiots and all the bread and milk is gone in a matter of hours. its crazy how some people react to stuff like this

The mullet/Camaro days are over but I still hunt, fish, ride ATV's and drink plenty of Budweiser.
