hello guys! My name is Neil, I'm from the gulf coast, south ms. I've been browsing on here on and off for a few years and figures I might as well join and learn some new things and share some of the knowledge I have! I currently have a 2013 Tacoma that I bought new off the lot and am currently sitting around 105k. The first few years I had it I didn't do much with it in the way of mods because I had an 87 5 speed at the time with a 22r that I spent most of my time tinkering with and spending my play money on. I've since sold the 87 after I ran out of things to change, install and work on lol. I've also owned a 95.5 extended cab the last of the pick ups they made before Tacomas hit the streets. It had the junk (in my opinion) 3.0 in it with a 5 speed. It cracked both heads about a month after I bought it and I ended up doing a complete rebuild on it (why I didn't 3.4 swap it is still beyond me) went back with everything new from new oil cooler to 75$ molded rubber lines from Toyota to .30 over bore with new Pistons machined rods, crank etc, basically went all out as much as I could. Also had to rebuild the transmission shortly after the motor and that was the final straw for me on the 3.0 money pit project. I've recently started modding my taco first was the 3/1" toytec lift followed up with a set of 20x10 -24 Moto metal 970's with the machined face wrapped in a set of mud champs (I'd never heard of them either but the tire guy sold me on them over a set or terra grapplers I was going to buy and i am sold on the mud champs for aggressiveness, ride quality and long life) after the tires I did a cab mount chop which I plated back off with some 1/4" cutouts I made. Slapped a k&n in it few weeks ago as well. Looking to color match the lower grill, chrome part of the grill, fog bezels and possible the rear bumper this weekend and possible install light bar hid in the grill and set of pod lights in rear bumper. Next performance mod with be long tubes and complete exhaust. Sorry for the long post lol wanted to throw my whole Toyota history out there. I look forward to sharing info and learning a little something from everyone here! If you have some color matched rear bumper pics or if it's even a good idea feel free to share your pics of thoughts on it!image.jpg

Also if anyone has a good link to some good sites where I could find some vinyl to color match my truck it would be much appreciated!

Thank you! I like it but always see a 100 more small things I'd like to do that would make it much nicer in my eyes.

I've read several threads here and other places online of guys doing the wraps theirselfs. Have you had any experience with it? It honestly didn't seem that bad from what I've read and seen pics of, most had really good results for their first attempts at wrapping. I figured wrapping the bumper and chrome grill would be my best bet over trying to get the chrome sprayed over and coming out of pocket for that and the possibility of it still not coming out great or lasting long with out chipping.
