Dang it. Wish I could. It's usually the only place I meet any of yall since I'm out here in WF. I'll be on my way to CO on Sat.

    Truck stuff
Should be fully covered under warranty, trucks only 10 months old.

I'd rather going to CO than Bridgport!

Haha. All it took was a little peer pressure and you were in! Still nice to know what 2 wheel drive can get you.
Do you just have the front skid, or do you have all 3?
I want to go to CO! I need to find out when a good time to do the alpine pass would be... And i need to do it during a 3 day weekend and make it a 5 day trip!
That game is awesome and so much fun to play! And like i said... im not much of a Star Trek fan either.
You could try a Masergy.... not sure what they are hiring for though. I tried calling HR but they did not answer.

If you mean the Alpine Loop, then I would be in for a trip! I'll be staying in Lake City which is on the loop. I've been going to that area nearly every year since I was a kid. Part of the reason I wanted a Tacoma was to take it out there.

Lake City is a 12hr drive for me, so more like 14 for yall. I'd love to take a group of Tacos out there sometime. Trails aren't too tough, but the scenery is unbeatable.

Maybe I'll start gauging interest in a trip for 2018 after a while. I won't be able to go again this year.

I'd like to make a trip to Lake City, then go over Engineer or Cinnamon Pass to get to Silverton, then from Silverton go to Telluride via Black Bear Pass(the famous scary road). Spend the night in Telluride then head back over via Imogene Pass and back over Engineer or Cinnamon(whichever I didn't go over on the way over). Maybe make a slight detour through Poughkeepsie Gultch (youtube it, many jeeps rolling over and 1 hilarious video of a guy in full size Dodge). That trip would have to be later in the year like July/August though for Black Bear to be open.

There are ton of places to camp, could be an awesome trip. Just need to figure when, would definitely be next year though.

I'll be spending this trip mostly around Engineer Pass, Cinnamon Pass and a few lesser known trails on the Lake City side of the loop.

...or maybe just got to Moab since I've never been there.

I would totally be in on a group trip. Going somewhere that far and taking my truck to some remote places is something I'd rather not do solo at this point. I really liked the group trip to Big Bend. Colorado and Moab are on my list of places to visit. I've passed through Denver airport but have otherwise not been to Colorado.
