Her and I started working out and drinking less. She wants to get back into shape to do more modeling. We've been coming up with ideas on what to do and we have some good ideas that should really work out well for her. I'll let you know so you can pull that trigger!!!

Yup. She has a gym membership. I'm using some equipment my buddy has been inventing + running. I've lost over 20lbs already!

 

I got taken off BP and cholesterol meds today. 40lbs down since October.

 

I thought it but didn't say it. Iam blessed with a great wife. I don't want to say it "but" a good looking girl that races. That's a unicorn.

Good for you! I'm trying to stay around 170lbs. Pretty much if I eat good and don't drink during the week it's not hard to keep this weight.

She also has an automotive degree. I have to admit it's super nice when I hear her say "I'm going to go change the oil and plugs in my truck" vs "Can you change the oil and plugs in my truck?"
