    Tint today!

    Windshield 40%
    Driver and passenger 5%
    Rear driver and passenger 20%
    Rear cab 20%

Second time doing this on stock 3rd gen. Doing 20% over the factory tint matches the limo (5%) perfectly for an even looking job!

Not sure I'd want my windscreen tinted. I struggle enough with 20% all round in a parking garage

its the best, i was skeptical at first, but i love it, you can see perfectly out at night, with 40%. my buddy did 20% in the front and its a too much for me. the limo on the other hand, thats a bitch to see out of, but you get used to it. At that point I'm sacrificing functionality for aesthetics. I only find it troublesome if I'm parallel parking on a poorly lit street at night, then i just roll down the windows

Well today I installed a Westin HDX grill guard. It was very difficult to find a pic anywhere with this guard on a 16 Tacoma. Except for the install instrct at westins web site. Went on well love it. 20170613_130750.jpg 80[/ATTACH]

Put some caltrend duraplus seat covers on today...fit could be better on the front seats but they will do the job and look good...kind of wishlist would have gone with the tan inserts instead of charcoal but live and learn

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
I almost always park in a space that's on the very end. At least that way I can hug the end side next to a curb and only one vehicle can park next to me. That way I have a little extra room.

Couple notes on the tires. First, took them next door to a new house build, and ran it up on the bank, looking for a rub. Wasn't able to make the tires hit, so that seems very good. The Discoverer S/T have a good bit of howl at 40-50 mph, but seem to be quieting down as they get a few miles on them. I have the MT, and I definitely notice the different wheel diameter and increased weight. The truck is actually a bit smoother overall on acceleration and shifting, but a bit less responsive. Makes some sense. Second, I filled up the tank right after having them installed, to evaluate the mileage hit. On the stock tires, commuting to work, I was pretty consistent at 20.5 mpg per tank. I am running at 19 mpg after 2 commute days. Not a big difference in handling or braking, so happy with that. I do find that I am tending to stay 1 gear lower in all driving situations. I was purposely running 4th or 5th, to keep the rpms above 2k without any noticeable hit on MPG, and now it feels right to run that lower gear.

Getting ready to install my upper console with the four switches but once I do I don't want to have to take it down again.

Instead of the LED Light Bar switch I ordered one for my Roof LED Bar. I should get it tomorrow or the next. Then I will finish this install and I'm sure @tacitos will have it all up and running for others to purchase. Just a sneak peak for now.
