Well the original home search of 7 homes morphed into 3, due to them going under contract.

Trying to make my brain think $350-400k for a run down, never remodeled 1980's place is a deal...Looks like I will be snooping this weekend around Charles place.

Anther comment on getting into a home, get yourself multiple revenue streams like I believe @Martyinco and others have done. After getting out of Army I worked 3 jobs for a few years (counting CO guard as a job), it sucks, etc but it will get you the cash cushion you need if you don't spend it on Taco parts.

Edit: buy a place and find roommates has helped some co-workers I have known.

 

Or fuck the house, and the job... and just go on vacation.

Nice.. I've been tossing the idea around about selling my wr250r and going to a wr450f but idk if in want to loose that much reliability of the motor. Or pay the difference

I'll be moving to Colorado soon, specifically the Boulder area. I am currently in Alaska, and run two sets of tires, summer and Nokian winters. I am selling the Nokians as shipping will be expensive and I don't have the room to drive them down. I think running a good pair of winter capable A/T's, what tires do you recommend? I was looking at getting 17inch rims so I could run C load BFG KO2's. The thought of E loads on my taco are not good ones. Thanks in advance.
