Im looking for a bumper that just replaces the current plastic one. I am new at this and don't want to have to cut any of the body away. I installed the TRD pro skid plate so I do not want a bumper that doubles as a skid plate.IMG_0065.jpg Any model suggestions or quality brands I should look into would be very helpful!

    ^that one requires cutting IIRC.

The only front bumper that won't require any cutting will go all they way up and meet at the fender line. They look too bulky IMO.

    I with you on that.

Although I like the stock-modified look and that bumper is pretty cool.

I didn't really look that close as I'm not in the market yet for a bumper. Didn't realize it involves cutting.

Maybe after a few thousand miles I may change my mind. Right now I'm a little over 300 miles on the odometer so you can understand my reluctance lol

here are all of the lower profile bumpers available for 3rd Gen. These all require "minimal" cutting compared to most full bumpers (that look decent at least). I think these are going to be your best bet. Im in a similar boat, I really dont want to be hacking the front end of my truck, but I do want a winch.

this one requires the LEAST amount of cutting from what I can tell. You cut only the Black lower bumper piece. The SSO requires cutting of the actual larger bumper piece.

If you do end up buying that bumper...I'd be willing to buy your lower valance bumper if they didn't drill in the stupid front license plate holes! It's the little black lip of the lower bumper. Dealer drilled mine before I got a chance to stop them. :pout:

I agree this is the best looking low profile bumper I've seen to date. Very clean and we'll thought out

    Rats, thanks anyways!

Get the bumper anyway, it looks sick. I'd definitely buy it if I was looking for a bumper atm.
