    Universal has cutouts to access the winch. If you look at the first post, I think the last picture shows the universal configuration. OEM+ does not have said cutouts. Mine is OEM+.

    EDIT: What is the difference between the two wiring harnesses for the lights. Does anybody have pictures of the switch?

    Standard wiring harness uses a smaller round button to operate whereas the premium harness comes with a Rocker Switch style button that lights up and all that. The premium harness can also supply power to two different units.
