The Predator side steps are just for looks, mostly. But they do look good.

I am driving my new Taco with ECT turned on like 90% of the time. No complaints with it. The 2013 Prerunner I had (and the 4.0l, five speed auto) was an excellent combination.

I had a planned trip to AL cancelled so I still don't have any long distance freeway driving on my truck.

    Like, so many.
You know what every new truck needs? An SSO Slimline bumper. If only there was a group buy going on that was getting close to 25% off...

You might post in the regional forum where you made your trade. There are folks around here shopping for well cared for '15's.

Managed to unbolt the valance last night. It was seriously less than 2 minutes, I think there were 8 bolts and done. Wired in my radar detector, but it's still semi-permanent because it's going into the fusebox under the dash which I'm going to change as soon as I can find that auxillary fusebox I've been searching for.

how much you looking to spend? There is a group buy on a setup that is really nice, but maybe over kill for what you need.

also there is a "Blue Sea" that I have seen used on TW

The Blue Sea brand electrical stuff is top quality as they are primarily a marine supplier.

Honestly, I have no idea. I've seen the Blue Sea one, but I am frustrated that I cannot find the one I saw back in '15. Shame on me for not saving it then. It was an accessory fuse box, and had two features. First, it distributed accessories under the hood, but second, it also ran one large, single power wire into the cab and had another smaller one for interior accessories.

I could do it myself or use one of the solutions that someone else has come up with, but this was a really nice, clean design. I just didn't have any use for it at the time, I had already done everything and there wasn't a reason to change it.

I'll look for another day or two and then figure something else out. Sigh.

Pics. Front valance gone (sorry, not the best pic), radar detector wires up top. Eventually I'll get the wires for my blue light re-routed as well.

Nice truck Traveler. I bought mine in Merrillville and am also happy with it. Tacomas are pretty rare around here. I have a long bed double cab so mine is really rare.
