What did you pay of you don't mind me asking? And who did you go through?

Az Diff offers a 1 year warranty and that includes new everything. He even mentioned they might be able to do it a little cheaper if it's a cash deal... Which I'm always down for.

Is that buying the gears through them? Drop the truck off to them and pick it up kind of deal?

I had mine done at SDHQ and paid a little extra for REM polishing, which saved me a lot of headache in virtually eliminating the break in period, so worth the extra money for me since time is not something I have a ton of. That said, as far as price goes, just a bit more than you were quoted, out the door. The REM polishing added like 200 bucks or so I think

Yeah. Nitros, full rebuild, new everything. Drop it off, and get it back in a day, maybe 2.

Got ya. Ok. I don't think the break in would be too bad.. I drive a short easy commute to work.. so that may or may not help. I'm definitely trying to save as much $$ as possible.

Yeah, proper break in requires heat cycling, fluid changes, etc. Life is just so busy for me lately, the extra money made more sense to me than the time.

Nice. The quick turn around is worth it. Especially if you only have the truck as a your daily.
