I know. I said nothing disrespectful or negative, just stated I hope they don't try to keep my vehicle indefinitely. Shit isn't going to fly since I need my truck to make my pay check.
Thanks I need all the luck I can get at this point.
BTW do you know what size diff is on my third Gen sr5.... it's the 8 inch correct? The OR has the bigger one right? Came across a locker, needs pins and springs. It's for a 8 inch diff. I have searched to come up with no real answer. Most info is on older models, 4x4, and 4runner. Thanks

Just left North Hollywood Toyota from completing my 15k service and they said I got lucky my truck isn't on recall because they would of kept my truck. They have 7 trucks on hold right now.

My truck is only seeping a bit so they said not to worry but with that minimal seeping they would of kept it until they come up with a solution.

    Welcome to our corner.

Thanks for the heads up bud. I am doomed. I have to call the loan department of my finance company to see what they have to say about this. Already spoke to my agent and they said I should be able to get an equivalent vehicle..... not a yaris or a camery.

SnugTop Super Sport. Got it at Rhino Linings of San Diego. They do a great job. If you go there negotiate your price because they should have room for negotiation from their asking price.

Around $2,500 for a fully loaded (all the options) including tapping into the Oem locking system so back window locks with Oem fob. Not cheap but worth it.

Is it really that much better to have it unlock with the fob instead of a key? I surf so it would be kinda hard to keep my fob dry or do they have a key option with the fob?

They give you a key too. You have the option. The nice thing about the fob is that you never forget to lock the tailgate/window because it automatically locks when you lock the truck.
