    You can always drill out those rivets and get another gas door at junkyard or ebay and put in new rivets. Easy fix IMO.

    Below the backrests of the second row. Next to center hinge. Go under truck and look up of you cant find it from inside. There are 2 other grommets on either side of cab inbetween cab and frame rails.
