There's a decline bench set up at my gym and I'll hit it at the end of my chest routine here and there. I prefer dumbbell decline but getting out/off the sit up bench is tricky with 70+ db...

Sounds like someone needs to work on his core a little more.

How did you get that I drop the weights from saying some old man needs to work on his core strength? If you're having a hard time getting back up with the 70+ lb dumbbells, but you've been working out for the last 50 years like you say, I've got some bad news for you.

Is it awkward or not? Even for a strapping young lil lad like yourself.

It's really not that hard. Put the weights up around your knees and sit up.

    Llllooooollll

I'm willing to bet that, lb for lb, my numbers are better than yours. BUT...we've asked for your big 3 several times and have never gotten an answer.

Everyone's numbers are higher than @ThunderCookies with the exception of @SLO/TACO and @Kerleyfries. Kerley for not eating enough food or some thyroid shit. Slo/taco for just well...... I was gonna say undertraining but he hasn't made any shit posts as of late.

Several times? I haven't maxed out in a while on bench and deads and squats are all high reps right now...about longevity for me. But, I can take the 130's for a ride on the incline all day long.

Fucking amazing. About 98% back to my previous dead max topped bench max and squat max and easily sitting up on sit up bench with 150's. You gonna tell us those numbers or avoid it with another excuse as you are doing high reps? I do high reps too but I still know where my max is.

How about a pic to go along with all this shit-talking, too, while we're at it just to see how big of a boy you really are.

I know I'm just a pencil neck douchebag who wears hooka shell necklaces, spiked hair, a severe shrugging problem, with a tanning bed membership (dunno who you've met from GA that dresses like that, but whatever), but my big 3 are:

    squats: 365
    deads: 500
    bench: 330
    TOTAL: 1195

Starting back bulking in about 7 weeks. Long-term goal is to get the squat up to 400, the deadlift up to 550, and the bench up to 360 (1310 lb total)
