The so-called 2-way streets of Doylestown Borough were not designed for the 21st century, or the "horseless carriage"...


Handling a 2nd gen Tacoma in the Borough takes a lot of skill and patience (the latter of which I barely have). I can't imagine what a bus driver goes through...


I would have totaled that silver Malibu if I hadn't slammed on the brakes and laid on the horn, and it would have been their fault too (They have a stop sign, I didn't)!


Sometimes the delivery trucks that park there are much larger and block the alley:


And even if the truck doesn't block the road, the driver still finds another way...


That white 2005 access cab SR5 on the right belongs to someone I know...

This place was NOT designed for the modern motor vehicle! Doylestown Borough dates back to the 18th century, and the narrow roads reflect this fact...

FWIW, my ex-brother in law has Asperger's and was one of the smartest engineers in the USA. He is now retired.

 

I just got the Tamron 18-200 for my Nikon myself its a great lens.

 

On beer #8 of the night and according to the BAC calculator I'm still right under the legal limit after 7 beers! My Tacoma is safe at home in my driveway and I'm still taking an Uber home though!
