That seems to be the best choice, I mean I don't see point in spending too much if it's not a 4x4 because how much off-roading could I really do.

If its a daily I would stay with 265 and OME full kit (coils, shocks and full leaf pack) Being 2wd I don't think you will get the full use of a expensive set-up. Call downsouth motorsports and talk to Micah. He is a straight shooter. Better yet go see him in person.

Information is overwhelming isnt it. But its fairly simple once you have a direction to go in. Plus its not so much what the truck can do, it can do a shit ton. Its a matter of what you can do with it so learning the truck is key

A 2wd with locker can do 85 percent of what a 4x4 can do with the right line and momentum. 4x4 hardly ever use it for the most part. Mud and steep loose hill is all really. Dont sell your truck short.

Thats ok neither do i. It has a virtual system of the auto limited slip diff and trac and vsc all of which use the braking system to transfer power to the other wheel that isnt slipping. It not total locker power but its typically enough, if not we hook you up and yank you out. Lol

You can have a lot of fun in a 2wd. Do a lift and some tires and come out with us and see. If it isn't enough, well maybe then think about trading, but it's a big loss to trade in this soon esp with paying the taxes again.

Lets not confuse him anymore than he already is. I know what he is going through reading all of that suspension crap and still really dont have an idea what it will do to your truck. The anxiety is killer

With the money saved on a reasonable lift (OME) he can get a locker. Win/Win
