Then 265/70/17 tires will fit. Or if you go with aftermarket rims and downsize to 16" 265/75/16.

They will learn. I made my boys some paracord handles to use to climb up into my truck.

16s tires are cheaper, 17s look better by filling out the wheel well.

Something to keep in mind. My neighbor bought a 2x4 16dcsb and had the chop and smash done. He decided to trade it in for a 4x4 (he is a skier) and when he took it back they raped him especially hard because of the chop. Some dealers know and some don't.

Keep on pounding and looking at trucks and figure out what you really want and what look your going for. 2wd is plenty capable for most of the off-roading we do around here. There's always slot of help around here if you need a hand or if you need to ask some questions about stuff.

Sorry correction that was supposed to say 265/70/17 for your stock 17" rims.

I'd also say I would probably go with 17" if I was going with a 285 tire.
