Yes, yes you can. What is the maintenance @ 200,000 miles or what things should I look out for?

Change the oil, maybe drain and fill the trans if you're feeling generous, put a little gas in it and keep driving... 200k is just another mile marker. Like no big deal for the old Yota

Like no big deal nothing special .

Without the history who can say what might need attention.

Still on the first timing Belt??

LBJ`s changed ?? Toyota all the way for these.

All the rubber hoses and belts dry rotted ready to fail ??

Who knows if this truck was maintained 200,000 is just another number.

My 2004 V6 4x4 just rolled over 202,000 and the carrier bearing wore out and started to vibrate on acceleration and got worse over the course of a few weeks. The dealer who was replacing the carrier said the whole driveshaft should be replaced too. They said the drive shaft joints all had too much play. That was more $$$ than expected, but hopefully it drives better when I get it back today. The truck was treated like a baby before I got it 40,000+ miles ago. Its had a rough life since I owned it.

They also said the steering rack was leaking and should be replaced. I will do that myself in a week or so.

Bought this truck 3-4 years ago with 185,000 miles-ish on it so I'm not sure what was done on it at 100,000

If you've mostly ignored doing a baseline maintenance on it for the last 3 years/15k miles, why get spun up because it hit 200k?

without driving or seeing your truck I can't give you an honest answer other than first finding the factory recommended maintenance schedule and start with that stuff

post up a pic of your truck for more attention!!

Without maintenance records, or a way to show some work has been done before you bought it (liek aftermarket BJ's or something), assume NOTHING major has been done.

    So:
    Timimg belt
    hoses
    belts
    plugs/wires
    O2 censors, MAF
    ball joints
    grease everything that moves
    etc...

I don't know what made you think I haven't done any maintenance on it. Here's two pictures of what I've maintained and replaced since 2014, and what's not included is oil changes that I've done every 3,000 miles or 6 months. It recently passed safeties so I'm not too concerned about my belts (this truck has a timing chain) and hoses, even after myself looking it over. The spark plugs might be a good idea to check. Also, the most recent picture of my truck as of a couple weeks ago:

Nice looking truck. Your list is mostly repairs, different than PM, which is what you asked about specific to 200k. I see air filter, fuel filter, xfer case fluid and that's about it for PM.

So for starters, I'd change ALL the fluids (yes, including a full brake flush), clean/inspect and lube all appropriate brake components, (replacing wear parts if needed)

If you just drive local and can walk home, you might leave coolant hoses alone. Otherwise, I'd do all new ones, along with a tstat and radiator cap when I changed the coolant.

A thorough inspection of all chassis rubber bushings. At 200k, they are pretty much assured to be worn out, in terms of durometer rating, even if intact. Refreshing all of them will make it feel like a new vehicle.

Lubricate all zerk points, check torque on all suspension bits and ujoints.

    Finish the tuneup process.

That, with other repairs you've already done, would have the vehicle pretty well baselined. Meaning you know when everything in the normal PM cycle was done, when it needs to be done in the future, and the vehicle should be in good order to drive with confidence anywhere you want to.
