I don't even know where my big 3 stand right now, due to the back surgery and all. I think I had respectable natty numbers in the past especially considering I didn't step foot in a gym from ages 19-27. Sometimes I sit and think about what my strength could be like now...sigh. My squat is finally starting to feel good, and bench is coming along. I still haven't gotten back to dead lifting though, which is sad, because it is my 1a favorite exercise (squat being 1b).

Haha! If any of you had ever seen me in person I don't think that there would be any doubt in your mind that I am natty, with my 25% bf.

No max numbers at this time. This point in the game just getting in and hitting it.. I've squatted 365, benched 335, never tried a single rep dead but have pulled 385 for 6 reps.. that was at 6' 185lbs. I'm 195 now and with a slight bulge in a disc in my lower back I'll stay at 225 on squat and do 3 sets of 10 wanting to go heavier but this is about longevity for me. From 16.5 years old to my early 30's naturally all I did was want to get the big numbers and all the bro workouts as possible. But older and wiser it's about pumping iron and not giving a fuk about what's my big 3.. I'll go in later today and do 3 sets of 10 incline with the 100's , 3 sets of 8 225 on bench, 3 sets of 10 bar dips, hit 2 exercises for triceps and a 500 meter 2 min row session and call it good.

I do very similar workouts except I usually start with the flat bench then move to incline.

But, you can also "safely" test your max without risking your longevity. Nobody should be testing their max every week, but every 6-8 weeks or so isn't going to damage your body or your CNS.
